Oversee and manage all aspects of catering and convention services for The Walt Disney Company.
Ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
Work closely with the Director of Catering & Convention Services to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of catering and convention service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance the overall guest experience and drive business success.
Manage budgets and expenses related to catering and convention services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall catering and convention services experience.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
