In this crucial role, you will input and maintain the largest cannabis product catalog in the world and contribute to the integrity of new and existing cannabis products and markets. You will have exceptional attention to detail and have experience delivering high-quality work in a dynamic team. You will report to one of our Catalog Team Leads.Shift InformationTuesday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm PTSaturday 7:00am - 3:30pm PT Responsibilities Processing the assigned maintenance queue within the designated turnaround timeEnsuring all onboardings and POS swaps are completed by the specified due dateAbiding by state compliance rules for all product creationsBeing familiar with and referencing store and brand content preferences when processing maintenanceFlagging content needs through TLC list submissionsMaintaining impeccable catalog hygieneProviding feedback to key stakeholders for tooling and system enhancements needsEscalating and logging bugs to Team Lead/DirectorCommunicating directly with Partner Success for alias clarification needs Qualifications Attention to detailExperience with Microsoft ExcelData entry speed and accuracyComputer skillsOrganization skillsTime managementCommunication skillsProblem solving abilitiesEagerness to learnConsidered intermediate with the Look Up Tool and the Batch Look Up ToolIntermediate knowledge of state, brand and store specific content preferences across all regionsStrong researching skillsExemplary data entry accuracy and attention to detail The compensation range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 an hour in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs.
