What You Will Do: Coordinate talent check-in and check-out during shoot days and sessions Ensure talent comfort and safety throughout the shoot Collaborate with the production team to maintain daily shoot efficiency and talent breaks Assist casting team with ensuring all talent paperwork is signed and complete Prep and post daily call sheets, shooting scripts, audition packages Assist with daily catering set-up and dietary meal restrictions Maintain confidentiality of project details and talent contracts Who We Think Will Be A Good Fit: Experience working in casting, talent coordination or production support (experience on a motion capture stage a strong plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working closely with actors in physically demanding environments Ability to remain organized and calm under pressure Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Airtable or casting platforms Why join us?
