Cashier Associate - Part-Time

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
Assist customers with locating products and making recommendations based on their needs.
Communicate and collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service standards and loss prevention measures.
Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience by identifying and implementing new ideas and processes.
Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies to ensure proper coverage during peak business hours.
Act as a brand ambassador for Burlington Stores by promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
