Job Summary of Cashier Associate:
This position supports a positive customer shopping experience by efficiently operating the register, processing transactions, and delivering friendly service. This role plays a key part in leaving a lasting impression and ensuring each customer has a pleasant and seamless checkout experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cashier Associate:
ā¢ Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
ā¢ Accurately and efficiently ring on register
ā¢ Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
ā¢ Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Qualifications and Experience of Cashier Associate:
ā¢ Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to stand for extended periods and handle transactions quickly and accurately
ā¢ Commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused environment
