Hiring Range Supervisor I: $24.60 to $32.80 Pay Range Supervisor I: $24.60 to 36.90 Hiring Range Supervisor II: $28.17 to 37.56 Pay Range Supervisor II: $28.17 to $42.25 Summary of Job Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day performance of a group of employees. The Supervisor is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group of employees towards established goals and objectives. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experience. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Meet one of the following qualifications: Associate’s degree Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support duties. Demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support III or similar support position at SCF. Additional Qualifications for Supervisor II: Two (2) years of demonstrated experience at Supervisor I level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor I at SCF. Native Preference: Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training.
