CASE COORDINATOR (REMOTE) Full-Time | Non-Exempt Help keep cases moving and make a real impact on client outcomes. We are a growing law firm looking for a Case Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex workflows. This role is essential to keeping our legal team on track by monitoring case progress, supporting workflow efficiency, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. POSITION SUMMARY: The Case Coordinator facilitates the smooth progression of client matters by managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues. This role ensures timely task completion, supports reporting, and promotes clear communication to maintain high operational standards. This position is a fully remote role open only to residents of California, Washington, and Texas. Candidates must be available to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST). What You’ll DoTrack case progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are metReview cases regularly to identify delays, missing tasks, or next stepsCommunicate with attorneys and staff to support workflow progressMaintain accurate case notes and documentation in our case management system (Clio)Assist with reporting and identifying workflow improvementsHelp coordinate case status meetings and follow up on action itemsSupport task assignments and workload distributionEscalate issues or delays to leadership when neededWhat You Bring A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or operations roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and follow-throughComfort working with case management systems (Clio experience a plus)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accountabilityKnowledge/SkillsStrong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionallyTime management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive information.
