As a Case & Contract Management Services Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting legal and warranty teams by conducting key term searches, reviewing case materials, and managing documentation requests. This role combines legal research, contract support, and client service, making it perfect for someone with a paralegal background. A typical day may include researching and retrieving documents from multiple databases, preparing deliverables for client review, providing updates, and participating in team meetings. You'll also support breach-of-warranty requests, compile case documentation, and contribute to overall project coordination to ensure timely, accurate case resolution. To succeed in this role, you should have: • Bachelor's degree in any field required • Paralegal certificate required (unless degree is in Paralegal Studies) • 1-2 years industry experience (automotive experience preferred) • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to conduct research and analyze information with accuracy • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Successful completion of background check requirements Remote/Hybrid Requirements: • We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to: States: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY Metro Areas: MN - Minneapolis, IL - Chicago, NY - New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
