Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Carrier Submissions Coordinator to join our Client Onboarding team. As a key player in our operations, you'll work closely with insurance carriers to ensure seamless enrollment and resolve eligibility concerns, providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Client Onboarding team to submit required documentation to insurance carriers
Resolve eligibility concerns with carriers to ensure timely enrollment
Verify accurate enrollment of customers on our platform
Proactively communicate with carriers via phone, email, and text to expedite the onboarding process
Partner with internal teams to deliver a high-satisfaction experience for customers
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service
Passion for helping others, particularly in health-related matters
High productivity and organizational skills
Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and bonus eligibility based on performance.
