Carrier Sales Representative

The Carrier Sales Representative role provides you with a unique opportunity to join a high growth, tech-enabled third-party logistics company. We are looking for a seasoned Carrier Representative who can come in and make an impact and help take CloudTrucks to the next level. Upon boarding, you will be integrated into the existing Carrier Sales department where you will use a state of the art technology to procure more trucks than you ever have before. Using various means of communication coupled with a state of the art technology platform, you will ensure that CloudTrucks continues to provide elite service to our flourishing customer base by means of strategic negotiation and team collaboration. You will be required to be in-office full-time in our Atlanta office in Buckhead.What you’ll doDevelop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needsReach and exceed the required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goalsEstablish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes Coach and develop next class/junior members of CTExchange Carrier Sales TeamIdentify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance improvement What you need to have2+ years experience in Capacity Management Full-Truckload Experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not requiredStrong ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectivelyAbility to problem solve, think quickly and make sound business decisionsSelf-motivated with a passion to achieve resultsAbility to work in a team environment, while also delivering individual resultsAbout CloudTrucksCloudTrucks is a virtual trucking carrier in the multi-billion dollar trucking space.
