We are looking for a dedicated, talented and motivated Carrier Compliance Representative to join our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical individual with a background in logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong decision-making skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems and websites efficiently, using discretion to ensure carriers meet our high compliance standards.

This role involves vetting carriers by thoroughly researching their credentials and legitimacy through multiple websites and platforms. Responsibilities include making sure each carrier is compliant with company and industry standards, ensuring they are legitimate and reliable to haul shipments. The position requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume queue environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

LOCATION: Remote, Philippines

WHAT YOU GET TO DO: -Research and verify carriers using multiple online platforms to ensure legitimacy and compliance with company standards.

-Document our internal system to keep accurate records of carrier qualifications, and compliance status.

-Analyze data and make informed decisions regarding carrier approval and risk assessment.

-Process requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting established service levels.

-Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any carrier compliance issues or discrepancies.

-Prioritize and multitask effectively while handling a high volume of carrier approvals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Brokerage/3PL/Transportation experience. Preferred but not required.

-Proven ability to research and analyze information with proficiency using various software platforms to validate carriers.

-Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and decision-making.

-Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing a high volume of tasks effectively.

-Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.

-Solid understanding of or experience in logistics or transportation.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

-Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and processes, thriving in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
