About the Role: Our diverse RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Team is looking to remotely add a proactive and motivated individual who will focus on permanent placement recruiting for non-clinical positions for our parent company, Genesis Healthcare. This is a great associate-level opportunity for individuals with experience in conducting full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions. Ready to make a difference? Join our team! What You'll Do: • Conduct full life cycle recruitment for assigned non-clinical positions. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Strategies include, but are not limited to referral generation, virtual and in-person job fairs, email and text blasts, use of social media, internet job boards, cold calls, and other proactive efforts. • Work closely with the Account Manager to obtain information about open orders, offers, submittals, or challenges from Genesis nursing centers. • Screen candidates for skills, qualifications, and background. • Conduct initial credentialing and onboarding as needed. • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing excellent customer service. • Performs all other duties including operational tasks as assigned. • 0% travel required. • Requests can be made for a full list of job activities, physical demands, and work environment.
