Primary Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization.
ā¢ Enter required grant data accurately into NRS to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines.
ā¢ Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data.
ā¢ Maintain required security of student data in compliance with FERPA.
ā¢ Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting.
ā¢ Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders.
ā¢ Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines.
ā¢ Monitor and evaluate student outcomes including, but not limited to pre/post testing with state mandated assessments.
ā¢ Participate in staff meetings and professional development
ā¢ Scans documents and labels items.
ā¢ Inventories supplies.
ā¢ Performs basic word processing.
ā¢ Organizes digital files and materials.
ā¢ Prepares mailings and assists with filing.
ā¢ Other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
ā¢ High School diploma or GED required
ā¢ Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; knowledge of MS Office Software
ā¢ Must have Excel knowledge
ā¢ Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy; plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively; communicate effectively; work cooperatively with others; and work under pressure with frequent interruptions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. Frequently sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
