Your impact
As a Cloud Applications Consultant within the OpenText Cloud Technical Success Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and success of enterprise customer environments hosted in the OpenText Cloud.
You will act as a trusted technical partner, delivering world-class operational support, hands-on troubleshooting, and production system administration. By collaborating across Product Support, IT, Network Operations, and Professional Services, you will help meet service levels, resolve complex issues, and drive high customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.

• Participation in a 24/7 European on-call rotation model for major incident response
What you need to succeed
• Experience in IT support or consulting, supporting enterprise-level multi-tiered applications
• Working experience of ITIL-based service delivery models
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Administration skills in Windows, UNIX, and/or TCP/IP networked environments
• Familiarity with scripting/programming or relational DBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server, SQL, .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript) and web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss)
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational on-call model as per business needs
