Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Career Counselling or a related field is preferred; a background in healthcare or related studies is preferred. • Proven experience as a career coach, counselor, or similar role; experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others. • Familiarity with career development theories, coaching techniques, and counseling practices. • Proficiency in using online teaching tools and technology (Zoom, Calendly, Google Suite) • Strong understanding of job market trends, especially in the healthcare sector, is a plus.
