Location: Remote (Colorado Springs) Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Job Profile: Care Scheduling Coordinator Overview: Hero Practice Services is seeking a Care Scheduling Coordinator to convert calls to appointments through a high-quality and compassionate educational experience in support of our patients’ overall health. The Opportunity: This role has the unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve the children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being. You will be responsible for the following: • Taking incoming calls to schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party • Place outbound calls to schedule missed or past due appointments • Place outbound reminder and confirmation calls for appointments on the schedule • Demonstrate active listening and empathy on every call • Resolve customer support problems • Schedule appointments for all patient services • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook). You will be required to possess the following: • Hold a High School diploma or GED • Type 30 words per minute minimum • Computer experience to include using dual monitors and moving between multiple programs • Call Center experience (minimum of one year preferred) • Stable work history and good attendance • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth Your Compensation and Benefits will include the following: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Savings Plan, Disability and much more! • Professional Advancement Opportunities in an established, growing health care group.
