Care Review Clinician, Inpatient Review LPN
We are looking for an experienced Care Review Clinician, Inpatient Review Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Molina Healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for providing quality healthcare services to patients and their families, combined with the necessary technical skills to coordinate and review inpatient care. The successful applicant will be an organized and motivated professional with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and service. The ideal candidate must have a valid LPN license. In addition, they must have a minimum of two years of recent, inpatient care and utilization review experience, along with knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis coding and healthcare reimbursement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to make sound and timely decisions.
