Care Navigator- Remote Schedule Available (Must reside in IL, WI, IA)

In this role, you will connect potential clients to the correct Rosecrance services and resources. Perform duties and other miscellaneous tasks. Backup for receptionist when needed. Job Requirements: • High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Minimum of one year of previous switchboard experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Qualifications: • General Customer Service and switchboard experience preferred • Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred Essential Responsibilities: • Answer all incoming calls from the main line, greet callers, obtain and provide information through a set of predetermined questions, transfer calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages. • Open new client inquiries in Avatar, and connect with proper Access department or front desk. • Handled incoming faxes through opening inquiries, scanning in and distributing to proper staff or department. • Work with access team to ensure calls for service are answered in a timely and professional manner. • Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned. • Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law. • Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance. • Demonstrates strong customer service skills that incorporate the 5 tenets of the Rosecrance Way into daily practices and interactions with all stakeholders. • Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm Job Type: Full-time Compensation & Rewards • Starting Pay 19.21/hr (based on education, experience, and credentials) Work Location: Rosecrance Health Network- Mulford Road Rockford, IL.
