Provide excellent customer service to our members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and compassionate manner. Assist in the coordination and management of care for members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and following up on treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of member interactions and care plans. Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to member care. Serve as a resource for members, providing information and education on available healthcare services and resources. Actively listen and empathize with members to understand their individual needs and concerns. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to member care. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the member experience. Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
