Car Carrier Dispatcher (Remote)
We are 911 Dispatch Trucks Multiservice LLC, a growing company specializing in Car Carrier / Car Hauler transport nationwide. We are looking for a Dispatcher with experience in Car Carrier operations to join our team. Responsibilities: • Dispatch 3–7 car carriers weekly • Book loads through Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, and load boards • Negotiate rates with brokers • Coordinate schedules and communicate directly with the driver • Track pickups, deliveries, and load updates • Prepare dispatch sheets, BOL information, and confirmations • Maintain organized and clear communication daily Requirements: • Experience in Car Carrier dispatching (required) • Basic English (reading & understanding loads, texting brokers) • Fluent Spanish (main language for communication) • Ability to negotiate and secure good-paying loads • Organized, responsible, and fast communication • Reliable internet (if remote) • Ability to work under pressure and multitask Compensation: Weekly pay ranges from $400 to $500, depending on load volume and driver availability. Active weeks usually pay $500. Slow weeks may pay $400.
