Job Title: Captivate IQ Architect Location: Remote/WFH and 20% travel (the client will reimburse travel expenses) Duration: 5 months+ contract Description: • Lead the implementation of Captivate IQ, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to project timelines • Configure and customize Captivate IQ to meet the organization's specific needs, focusing on SPM architecture and effective data integration • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize commissions and compensation plans, ensuring compliance and effectiveness • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the Captivate IQ system to ensure data accuracy and reliability • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system and promptly addressing any issues. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in SPM or Captivate IQ are preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SPM architecture and data integration, with a proven track record of successful implementations, specifically in Captivate IQ. • Strong understanding of commissions and compensation plans, with the ability to analyze and optimize these processes effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Preferred qualifications include experience with project management methodologies and familiarity with data analytics tools; hands-on experience with configurator code and pipeline creation integration is a plus.
