Compensation: $75,000 – $200,000+ (Base + Commission + Equity + Profit Sharing)

We specialize in fix-and-flip projects, transaction funding, and large value-add commercial assets including self-storage, warehouses, hotel conversions, and mixed-use properties.
We are seeking a Capital Raising Manager to help us scale by building relationships with private investors and securing funding for our deals.
The Role
This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time based on performance.
You will be responsible for:
• Sourcing and building relationships with private investors and lenders
• Raising capital for:
• Short-term transaction funding (flips, bridge loans)
• Mid-to-long-term projects (12–36 months)
• Large value-add commercial deals (storage, warehouses, hotel conversions, commercial assets)
• Presenting investment opportunities and projected returns
• Managing investor communication and follow-ups
• Building and maintaining a strong investor pipeline
Ideal Candidate
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital (REQUIRED)
• Experience in capital raising, investor relations, or high-ticket sales
• Exposure to real estate and/or commercial investment deals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
• Existing investor network is a major plus
Compensation Structure
Built for serious performers:
• Base Salary: Introduced after initial performance
• Commission: 1% – 3% of capital raised
• Equity Stake: Earn equity in deals and/or company growth
• Profit Sharing: Participate in backend profits on select projects
On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $200,000+ (uncapped)
Additional Incentives:
• Bonuses for hitting fundraising milestones
• Long-term upside from repeat investor relationships
• Growth into a leadership role as capital efforts scale
