As a Capacity Portfolio Representative, you will blend inside sales, account management, and operations to grow and manage a portfolio of carriers, ensuring the right truck is matched with the right shipment. Responsibilities Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals Learn about carriers’ business goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfaction Monitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and take action to reactivate them Leverage technology such as automated booking products, C.H.
