Canva Designer for Premium Education Brand Templates (Flyers, Brand Kit, & One-Pagers)
I’m looking for a graphic designer with strong Canva skills to create a small suite of professional, print-ready templates for my education business: Galanto Academy — a premium ACT/SAT test prep and tutoring service focused on high school students and their families.
The primary deliverables will include:
A one-page flyer for parents (to build trust and understanding of our program)
A college counselor-facing flyer (to explain our services and referral value)
A program overview document
A basic onboarding guide
A clean pricing sheet
And a reusable template system (5–10 Canva templates) I can update as new programs evolve
All materials should be editable in Canva, designed for both digital and print formats, and structured to reflect a premium academic brand.
Goals & Audience:
Audience: High school parents and college counselors
Vibe: Professional, academic, premium, trustworthy
Goal: Materials that build immediate confidence and make our tutoring program feel like a high-end, structured service
Scope of Work:
Develop or refine our brand kit (colors, fonts, iconography, etc.)
Optionally update or redesign our logo (flexible here)
Design and deliver 5–10 reusable Canva templates
Ensure templates allow for:
Easy text/image swaps
Editable tutor bios/testimonials
Clear program/service outlines
Build for digital download and high-res print readiness
What I’m Looking For:
Canva wizard with template systems and design hierarchy know-how
Experience designing for education, coaching, or high-ticket services
Excellent sense of typography, white space, and layout
Friendly communication — this could grow into an ongoing relationship

Flexible start — but would like first round of materials within 2–3 weeks
Budget:
Fixed-price project
Budget: ~$100 (negotiable depending on scope and experience)
