Campus Recruiting Coordinator

They are looking for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join their team focused on hiring Investment Banking entry-level talent, driving a positive and efficient recruiting process for candidates and recruiters. Responsibilities Support the full life cycle recruiting process for entry-level and internship positions Drive candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience Lead the execution of campus recruiting events (on-campus, in-office, and virtually) Provide support for an impactful internship program including onboarding, training, networking events, and performance management Establish relationships with the recruiting team, business leaders, and HR partners to help deliver recruiting initiatives and programs Track all candidate information and ensure that data is properly maintained within our applicant tracking system Process candidate expenses and reimbursements Assist with ad-hoc projects in recruiting, operations, and candidate experience Skills 1 year experience in human resources in a corporate environment Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Flexible team player with a positive attitude who can adapt quickly to changes as needed Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's Degree Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking systems Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Exposure to financial services or a professional services environment Company Overview Houlihan Lokey is an investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions, and financial restructuring.
