The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate relationships, and participating in campus events to attract and hire early career talent.ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirementsDevelop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategyWork effectively with the sourcing and admin team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experienceResponsible for the management of candidate relationshipsEnsure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely mannerForecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demandProducing timely and accurate activity and management information reportingProducing communications to a high standard (e.g. client presentations) and in accordance with the clients brand guidelines if requiredInvolvement in any relevant client presentations and evaluation / review meetingsIdentifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the teamEnsure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reportingParticipate in campus eventsSkills1-3 years of Recruiting experience is a mustExperience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with multiple prioritiesExperience putting together Resume Bundles/BooksExperience with resume reviews and candidate screeningExperience working/communicating with high level stakeholdersExperience working assisting with campus hiring events (live and virtual)Experience coordinating, collaborating and building relations with Colleges and UniversitiesExperience strategizing and prioritizing with Campus Team for upcoming eventsExperience utilizing an ATS system, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools (i.e., Handshake)High proficiency in ExcelExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office products)BenefitsU.S. Corporate Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance BonusGrowth and development focused on your strengthsSupportive communities such as our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)Volunteer day - you get one additional paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to youCompany OverviewWe are people experts.
