Roles Responsibilities:• Partnering with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Customer Market Research, and internal and external SMEs to develop a deep understanding of enterprise and public sector customers, including key business challenges, their top operational objectives as well as their buying behaviors.• Working with the segment teams, SMEs, and Marketing Intelligence to identify target accounts and highly propensed buyers.• Designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns tailored to engage and attract Public Sector & Enterprise customers, ensuring that they align with business objectives and brand values• Develop an end-to-end customer journey with tactics and scoring to identify engaged customers and accounts and drive them to 1:1 sales engagement.• Developing a content strategy for the entire buyer group, and all stages of the buying journey.• Developing clear value propositions for each campaign that addresses customer pain points and showcases the solutions that help businesses solve those challenges.• Utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, content syndication, and other digital tools to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness• Tracking and analyzing campaign and sales performance using key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Adjusting strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to anticipate shifts in the industry and adjust campaigns accordingly• Regularly reporting results to Sales and Marketing leadership.
