Requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and ability to manage multiple programs.Core ResponsibilitiesManage print & field asset programs and ensure regulatory compliance.Lead distribution, planning, direct mail initiatives, timelines, and logistics.Facilitate team meetings, operational reports, and KPI tracking.Collaborate on CRM setup, product launches, and inventory management.Manage vendor relationships, escalations, and FUSE approval adherence.Handle help desk tickets, mobile updates, compliance tools, and warehouse systems.Support convention orders, NSM materials, and special shipments.Metrics ReportingMonthly inventory meetings, forecasting, replenishment planning, and destructions.Education & ExperienceBA/BS or equivalent5+ years fulfillment operations (DM, DTP, DTR)Knowledge & SkillsExpert detail management, strong communication, pharma fulfillment.EPIIC Values:All positions at Amplity have a responsibility to demonstrate our EPIIC Values in order to uphold our high-service standards.Excellence: We set high standards.
