This leader in shareholder communications has an opportunity for Call Center Representatives to make outbound calls to confirm information. Must have Salesforce experience
This is a temporary role for approximately 8+ weeks.
What you need to know:
ā¢ Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
ā¢ Hours: 11 am-7 pm EST, Monday through Friday
ā¢ 100% Remote role
ā¢ Temporary position to start either the week of May 15th or May 22nd and lasting approximately 8+ weeks
What you need to apply:
ā¢ 1+ years of prior experience in customer service (via phone or in person) role
ā¢ Salesforce experience
ā¢ The ability to communicate effectively. Be clear and concise.
ā¢ A computer
ā¢ Patience
ā¢ Enthusiasm
A typical day as a Call Center Representative might include:
ā¢ Place outbound calls to shareholders or members to confirm votes and/ or answer any questions shareholder/s may have.
ā¢ Follow the script to ensure compliance.
ā¢ Submit accurate and comprehensive call history for each account.
ā¢ Meet quality assurance requirements and time metrics.
ā¢ Will eventually receive inbound calls from shareholders and members.
