The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.

 Pay rate: $19/hr  Work Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST  Start Date... 5/21 Location: MUST LIVE IN Charlotte, NC***

education: High School
Responsibilities
 handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
 answering inbound and outbound calls
 processing email, chat and callback interactions.
 Must have 1 year of previous call center experience shown on resume
 MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER AND INTERNET**** WORK FROM HOME***
 Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent and be willing to submit to a background check!
