The Good Stuff:
Ā $19-21/hr

Ā Schedule includes working weekends and having 2 weekdays off. Shift is starting between 11am-1pm CT. (Swing shift)
Job Duties:
Ā Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
Ā Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customers
Ā Respond to customer requests (email, webchat, text) to resolve issues
Ā Deliver call... scripts clearly, be compelling, and personable
Ā Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
Ā Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Ā Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5 Star Service
Ā Provide additional support to the team as needed
What you need:
Ā HS Diploma or GED
Ā 2+ year of customer service experience in a phone based role
Ā Experience working in the home services industry preferred
Ā Multitask by completing phone and computer work simultaneously
Ā Capability to type at least 40 WPM
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Ā Clear, kind, and energetic phone presence
Ā Ability to work fast paced and remain organized
Ā Must be a U.S. Resident
