Job Description
As a Call Center Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
– Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
– Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
– Document all customer interactions in the company database.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
– Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software.
– Previous customer service experience is a plus.
