Monitor, coach, and support staff to enhance call handling skills and ensure high-quality caller support
Ensure staff performance meets quality, productivity, and attendance standards while tracking progress and results
Encourage continuous improvement by involving team members in process enhancement efforts
Collaborate with peers to build consensus and resolve conflicts effectively
Provide phone support and maintain professionalism towards staff and clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Four or more years of customer service experience
Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work independently
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a call center with strong customer service and sales background
Bilingual in Spanish with oral and written fluency
Consistent work history and excellent attendance record
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
