The Call Center Specialist will provide outstanding service and support to members, answering questions, servicing accounts, and recommending products to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities Provide outstanding service and support to our members and your fellow Advians Answer member’s questions, service their accounts, and recommend products and services that will best fit their financial needs Receive incoming calls and offer solutions whether that be a product, service or resource that the caller requires (or could benefit from) while creating an exceptional experience Skills A willingness to learn and desire to be coached Strong communication skills Ability to ask questions for clarification Patience A team centered mentality A passion for helping people Customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
