• Address member and provider inquiries received through the employer's contact numbers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and resolving member/provider needs
• Document call details for tracking member/provider contacts
• Identify and communicate trends indicative of service issues
• Escalate member/provider concerns and servicing issues as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or advanced education desirable
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call center setting
• Strong multitasking abilities with proficient typing skills
• High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and system data entry

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a health care services environment
• Familiarity with health insurance products and services
• Previous experience in a role focused on customer service excellence
