Responsibilities

Ā Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Ā Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Ā Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service.
Ā Stay informed about product updates and training materials to provide effective service.
Ā Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Ā Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Ā Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ā Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
