Responsibilities
Ā Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Ā Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Ā Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Ā Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
Ā Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service
Ā Stay informed about product updates and training materials to provide effective service
Ā Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Ā Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Ā Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ā Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
