Responsibilities:
Ā• Ability to work Mondays 11 AM-6 PM EST, Tuesday-Friday 12 PM-6 PM EST, Sundays 9 AM- 6 PM and some holidays.
Ā• Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients regarding our vascular services with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā• Provide empathetic assistance and support to callers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Ā• Successfully multitask while using several technical platforms to access patient information, schedule appointments, and provide relevant information.
Ā• Utilize fast-paced typing and data entry skills to efficiently record and update patient information.
Ā• Secure appointments for patients by coordinating with our medical staff and scheduling teams.
Ā• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for callers.
Ā• Work midday shifts, evening shifts, Sundays, and rotate holidays as required to ensure coverage and support for our patients.

Qualifications:
Ā• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
Ā• Customer service and sales background
Ā• Medical background preferred
Ā• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and inquiries.
Ā• Empathetic approach in interactions with callers and patients, demonstrating understanding and compassion.
Ā• Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment while using multiple technical platforms.
Ā• Fast-paced typing and data entry skills to efficiently handle calls and update records.
Ā• Positive attitude, politeness, and professionalism in all phone interactions.
