Ā Remote (Work from home-Must live in Mass).
Ā Part-time: MTF 6:00 pm- 12:00 am & Saturday's 8:00 am-2:00 pm with opportunities to pick up more shifts.
Ā This position does not qualify for benefits.
Ā Pay: $18-$24 hr.
What must be accomplished:
Ā All calls answered with urgency in a professional manner.
Ā Call handling and meeting customer needs consistently followed.
Ā Meet the call center goal for opportunity expectations in respect to setting appointments.
Ā Existing tools, scripts, and systems used consistently to book appointments.
Ā Department procedures followed routinely to ensure consistently high sales.
Ā Logging into systems in a timely manner
Ā Makes follow- up calls to customers for satisfaction of service performed by technicians.
Ā Check invoices to ensure technician input proper payment and information in each order for accounting.
How will success be measured:
Ā Answer all calls: 100% in a polite professional manner.
Requirements:
Ā Customer Services Skills is must.
Ā Reliable Wi-Fi at home.
Ā Computer literate.
Ā Attention to details.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Ability to work independently.
