Call Center Representative (remote living in Northern Florida)

• *Position is 100% remote but MUST be able to pick up equipment in Tallahassee on first day. **
Call Center Details:
• Full-time positions available
• Monday through Friday shifts

Call Center Responsibilities:
• Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
• Providing accurate and consistent information.
• Providing quality customer service and support.
Call Center Qualifications for the position include:
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Healthcare or Human Services experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Haitian Creole) strongly preferred.
