Responsibilities
Ā Receive incoming calls and assist patients with appointment management and inquiries.

Ā Provide extraordinary customer service and problem-solving support to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship.

Ā Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC systems to manage patient information effectively.

Ā Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding of their care.

Ā Handle a minimum of 70 calls a day while maintaining a high level of service.
Requirements
Ā A minimum of one year in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.

Ā Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or other registration systems required.

Ā Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs.

Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ā Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Working knowledge of patient-related documents preferred.

Ā A bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
