What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
- Forward calls to appropriate personnel
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; elevate more complex cases to appropriate staff as needed
- Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up with clients to confirm resolution
- Adhere to client's SLAs, meet production targets, and collaborate with team members, management, and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two (2) or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication
- Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in additional software applications
