What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
Forward calls to appropriate personnel
Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; elevate more complex cases to appropriate staff as needed
Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up with clients to confirm resolution
Adhere to client's SLAs, meet production targets, and collaborate with team members, management, and clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Two (2) or more years of customer service experience in any industry
Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication
Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
Strong technical skills and proficiency in additional software applications
