* TITLE: Call Center Representative Fully Remote
* LOCATION: Fully Remote @ 4 Irving Place New York, NY
* DURATION: 6 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma.
Strong customer services skills
Must analytical skills
Must have Excel knowledge and experience (must be able to perform basic v-lookups)
Good Decision maker
Provide customers facing engagement.
Administrative support
Data Collection
Must have Call Center Background
Microsoft Office Skills / Knowledge
Must have great analytical skills.
Must be able to learn company platforms for data entry.
The team will consider a candidate who is located out of state.
