Pay Range: $17-20/hr.
Duration: 3+ months (Possibility to Conversion or Extension)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Answering calls; following back up with client
• Research into participant concerns and take next best step to resolve issue
• Entering data into pension system
• Tracking ongoing cases
• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience with Customer Service or Call Center or Payment Processing is required.
• High School or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience working with Banking and Financial Industry is a plus.
• Payment processing experience is required.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
