Job Summary:
Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
ā¢ Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
ā¢ Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
ā¢ May perform clerical or administrative duties.
ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
ā¢ High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
EXPERIENCE
ā¢ No experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
ā¢ Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
ā¢ Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
ā¢ Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
ā¢ Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
ā¢ Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
ā¢ Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
ā¢ Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
ā¢ Rare climbing.
