- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Attend discussions and show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Complete written and oral instructions for each panel
- Provide feedback on products and services, if applicable, prior to the meeting date
- Complete written surveys provided for each focus group session
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection is essential
- Desire to fully participate in discussions on various topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior call center representative agent experience is necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in participating in focus groups or market research studies is a plus
- Familiarity with providing feedback on products and services
