What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Follow written and oral instructions during discussions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services as needed and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Call center representative agent experience is not necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience participating in focus groups or market research studies
