- Attend discussions at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time
- Participate by completing both written and oral instructions
- Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
- Utilize products and/or services, if provided, and be prepared to discuss them before the meeting date
- Engage in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection is essential
- Willingness to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience as a call center representative agent is necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in market research or focus groups is a plus
- Familiarity with various product types can enhance participation quality
- Strong communication skills to provide detailed feedback
- Interest in new product development and consumer insights
- Ability to commit to multiple sessions for comprehensive feedback
