? Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
? Support bilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Experience
? Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
? Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems is required.
? Experience in cash handling is a plus.
